10.3. Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of coupling

Coupling hydraulic actuators on cars with engines UEPA-331 and VAZ-2106 are pumped over similarly. We show work on the example of the engine UEPA-331. We install the car on the elevator or a viewing ditch. We check liquid level in a tank of a hydraulic actuator of coupling and if necessary we add liquid.

We remove a cap from the flowing union of the working cylinder.

We put on a transparent plastic hose which end is lowered in the container with brake fluid the union.

The assistant in interior of the car three-four times sharply presses a coupling pedal.

At the pressed pedal Rozhkov a key "on 8" we unscrew the union on 1/2-3/4 turns.

After liquid with vials of air comes out a hose, we wrap the union. We continue pumping until in liquid there are vials of air. Then at the pressed pedal of coupling we wrap the union, we remove a hose and we put on a cap.

Pumping over a coupling hydraulic actuator, do not allow lowering of the level of liquid in a tank below minimum admissible and if necessary add liquid. At a serviceable hydraulic actuator the full speed of a pusher of a fork at the pedal pressed against the stop has to be not less than 19 mm.
