Description of a design
Back suspension bracket - dependent, with twisted cylindrical springs and hydraulic telescopic shock-absorbers of bilateral action. All elements of a suspension bracket fasten to arms on a beam of the back bridge.
Two lower (long) bars interfere with longitudinal movement of a beam, two top (short) — to twisting of a beam around an axis under the influence of traction and brake forces on back wheels. The cross bar (Panar's draft) limits beam shift in the cross direction. Are attached by other ends of a bar to arms on a car body. Arms of the lower bars are welded on back longerons, and arms of top are attached to longerons by hairpins with nuts.
In eyes on the ends of bars rubber-metal hinges are pressed. They can separately be replaced provided that eyes are not worn-out. The deformed bars can be corrected. It is necessary to tighten bolts of fastening of bars only in situation "the car on wheels".
Shock-absorbers fasten the lower part (eye) to arms on a beam of the back bridge, and top (a carving part of a rod) - to internal mudguards of a sidewall of a body through rubber pillows. It is also possible to tighten bolts of fastening of shock-absorbers only in situation "the car on wheels".
The spring of a suspension bracket leans on the lower and top cups. The lower plastic laying is established in the basic cup welded on a beam of the back bridge. The top end of a spring through a metal cup and rubber laying leans on a body floor from the outer side. In springs arms with rubber buffers of compression which at the maximum course of a suspension bracket rest against the lower basic cups of springs are located.
At the draft or breakage of one of springs or malfunction of one shock-absorber it is necessary to replace only them with couples.
