2.20. dismantle of tsilindroporshnevy group (TsPG) on the car

Remove tsipindroporshnevy group at full dismantling of the engine. But if necessary dismantle of TsPG can be executed also on the car, without removing the engine.

We perform work on a viewing ditch or the elevator.

We remove a head of the block of cylinders assembled with an inlet pipe and a final collector (see. "Removal and dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders").

We remove the engine case pallet (see. "Replacement of laying of the pallet of a case on the car").

Head "on 15" we turn off two nuts of bolts of fastening of a cover of a rod (the piston at the same time has to be in NMT).

We uncover a rod.

Resting fingers against bolts of fastening of a cover, we shift a rod up and we separate its lower head and a conrod neck of a bent shaft.

Resting the wooden handle of the hammer against the socket of the lower head of a rod, we push a rod with the piston in a cylinder sleeve.

Pushing out the piston, do not damage a cylinder sleeve mirror conrod bolts and a head of a rod.

We take out the piston with a rod from a cylinder sleeve.

For removal of a sleeve of the cylinder...

... two screw-drivers, we hook a sleeve for the top fillet, leaning on the top privalochny plane of the block of cylinders (for descriptive reasons the photo is made on the removed engine).

Do not damage at the same time the privalochny plane of the aluminum block of cylinders.

We take a sleeve from the block of cylinders.

Similarly we dismantle pistons with rods and sleeves of other cylinders of the engine.

Operations on further dismantling and assembly of tsilindroporshnevy group are described in the subsection "Dismantling and Assembly of the Engine".
