21.3. Removal of the airsupercharger and fan of a heater

The airsupercharger is removed for access to fastening of the dashboard or for replacement of the fan of a heater.

We disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery.

We remove a sealant of a motor compartment from an otbortovka of the airsupercharger.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off three self-tapping screws of fastening of an extension of the airsupercharger to a body...

... and one self-tapping screw connecting an extension and the airsupercharger.

We remove an extension of the airsupercharger.

Head "on 10" we turn off a nut of fastening of the airsupercharger to the right mudguard...

... and a fastening nut to a motor board.

We remove a wire of "mass" of the fan of a heater from a hairpin.

We raise air the supercharger...

... also we separate the socket of a "plus" wire of the fan of a heater.

Head "on 10" we unscrew two self-tapping screws of fastening of a casing of the fan to the case of the airsupercharger.

One self-tapping screw connects two wires of "weight".

By the Shpitsevy screw-driver it is disconnected four latches...

... and, having separated parts of the case of the airsupercharger...

... we take out the fan in a casing.

We remove a porolonovy sealant.

Having hooked the latch screw-driver...

... we separate parts of a casing of the fan.

Having disconnected fastening brackets...

... we uncover the fan electric motor...

... also we take the electric motor assembled with a krylchatka.

Assembly and installation of the fan and airsupercharger is carried out in the return sequence.

We paste a new porolonovy sealant of a casing of the fan.
