6.3. Removal of the carburetor
Operations on dismantle of the carburetor on engines UEPA-331 and VAZ-2106 are almost identical therefore we show them on the example of one engine UEPA-331 with the carburetor 2140-1107010-70.
The carburetor is removed for its full or partial dismantling, washing and adjustment of provision of butterfly valves.
We remove the case of the air filter (see. "Removal of the case of the air filter"). We disconnect wires from the EPHH system microswitch (see. "Removal of the microswitch").
We disconnect cables of the drive of the air gate from the carburetor (see. "Removal of a cable of the drive of the air gate of the carburetor") and butterfly valves (see. "Removal of a cable of the drive of butterfly valves of the carburetor").
We remove a hose from the union of a pneumatic valve of the EPHH system.
We remove a hose of system of ventilation of a case.
We remove a returnable spring of the drive of butterfly valves.

Key "on 13" we turn off four nuts of hairpins of fastening of the carburetor to an inlet pipe.
We remove an arm of fastening of a cover of a cable of the drive of butterfly valves (on the VAZ-2106 engine the arm fastens to a cover of a head of the block of cylinders) from hairpins.
We remove the carburetor from hairpins of an inlet pipe.
On two diagonalno the located hairpins of fastening of the carburetor the aligning plugs (on the VAZ-2106 engine of the plug are absent) are installed.
We remove sealing laying of the carburetor.
We install the carburetor in the return sequence, having kept the provision of laying (on a print on it) or having replaced it new. We tighten nuts of fastening evenly cross-wise the moment specified in "Appendices".
