6.6. Dismantling of the DAAZ-2107-1107010 carburetor

Having removed a spring of telescopic draft of the starting arrangement...

... we disconnect it from the trekhplechy lever of the air gate.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off five screws of fastening of a cover of the carburetor.

We uncover, holding laying.

We check fuel level in the float-operated camera, measuring by a caliper distance between laying of a cover and a float (see. "Adjustments of Ozone carburetors).

If necessary we regulate a gap, accurately turning in or unbending a float lever uvula.

We check the maximum course of a float which has to make 8±0,25 mm.

In need of adjustment of the maximum course we turn in a float arm emphasis.

To thin small beards we beat out a float axis.

Having raised a float...

We remove laying of a cover.

Key "on 10" we turn off a valve saddle.

Under a saddle laying from soft metal is established.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off two screws of fastening of the case of the starting arrangement.

We remove the case with draft.

We take out a rubber sealing ring.

Having pressed a diaphragm rod, we close a finger an entrance opening.

At the serviceable starting arrangement the rod will return to former situation only after opening of an opening. If the starting arrangement is untight...

... by the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off three screws...

... and, having disassembled the case of the starting arrangement, we replace a faulty diaphragm or laying.

Having hooked a pricker, we remove a lock washer of a rod of draft of a pneumatic actuator of a butterfly valve of the second camera.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off two screws of fastening of the case of a pneumatic actuator...

... also we remove the drive and its sealing laying.

Having pressed a diaphragm rod, we close a finger an entrance opening.

At an isprzvny pneumatic actuator the rod will return to a starting position only after opening of an inlet opening.

If the diafrzgmenny mechanism of a pneumatic actuator of a butterfly valve of the second camera was disassembled, we regulate length of its draft (see. "Adjustments of Ozone carburetors).

We remove a returnable spring of the restrictive lever of a butterfly valve of the second camera.

The crosswise screw-driver we unscrew the screw of fastening of a trekhplechy control lever the air gate...

... and, holding the lever, we remove an arm of fastening of a spring.

We remove the lever together with draft...

... and its spring.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off two screws of fastening of the case of butterfly valves...

... also we remove it.

We remove the heat-insulating laying.

The screw-driver with a wide edge we unscrew the case of a fuel jet of system of idling...

... also we take out it.

We take out a fuel jet of system of idling from the case.

We remove a rubber sealing ring of the case.

The Shlitsevy screw-driver we unscrew the screw valve of the accelerating pump.

We remove a spray of the accelerating pump with the valve and sealing laying from soft metal.

The Shlitsevy screw-driver turned off the main air jet of the first camera.

We take an emulsion tube of the first camera from the channel.

If the emulsion tube itself does not drop out, then we roll in it (not deeply!) the self-tapping screw also we take out a tube.

Similarly we take a tube of the second camera.

By the Shlitsevy screw-driver it is turned off the main fuel jets...

... and case of a fuel jet of transitional system.

We take out a fuel jet from the case.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off four screws fastening of a cover of the accelerating pump.

We remove a cover, a diaphragm and a spring of the accelerating pump.

By the handle of the screw-driver it is beaten accurately out small diffusers from the carburetor case...

... also we take out them.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off two screws of fastening of the case of a pneumatic valve of EPHH to the carburetor.

We remove EPHH pneumatic valve case with a microswitch arm.

We remove a microswitch arm.

We remove laying of the case of a pneumatic valve.

By the crosswise screw-driver it is turned off two screws of fastening of a cover of a pneumatic valve...

... also we uncover.

The screw-driver with a narrow edge we unscrew the quality screw...

... also we take out it...

We remove a rubber sealing ring of the screw.

Removal of details of the case of butterfly valves of the carburetor 2107-1107010 is similar to the operations shown on the carburetor 2140-1107010-70, Before assembly we wash out jets, emulsion and transitional tubes, channels of a cover and cases of the carburetor acetone and we blow compressed air.

Jets of the first and second cameras have different capacity and have to be established everyone on the place.

We assemble the carburetor in the return sequence.
