10:11. Removal of the mechanism of the drive of switching off of coupling on the car with the VAZ-2106 engine

Cars with the VAZ-2106 engine are completed with transmissions Izh-2126 or VAZ-21074. The operations identical to both complete sets are shown on the example of the Izh-2126 transmission.

Before a coupling case detachment from a case of the VAZ 21074 transmission it is necessary to merge oil from the transmission (see. "Oil replacement").

We remove the transmission (see. "Removal and installation of the transmission on the car with the VAZ-2106 engine").

We remove a coupling switching off drive fork cover.

Having pulled, we take out a fork from a case.

We remove the coupling switching off bearing.

We remove a spring from the bearing.

For replacement of the directing plug of the bearing of switching off of coupling we separate a case of coupling and a pro-rate of the transmission. For this purpose:

by head "on 13" with the extender it is turned off one nut in the lower part of a case of coupling...

... and a head "on 17" - six more nuts.

We remove a coupling case from hairpins of a pro-rate of the Izh-2126 transmission (laying in this place is not provided).

We remove a coupling case from hairpins of a case of the VAZ-21074 transmission (Attention! Connection is condensed with laying which at assembly is better for replacing new, having applied sealant on both of its parties).

The hammer we press off the plug which is subject to replacement...

... also we take out it.

Connection of the plug with a case of coupling is condensed with a rubber ring.

Before installation of the new plug we grease with a thin layer of lubricant its landing surface and a rubber ring.

We press the plug a suitable piece of a pipe.

After replacement of the plug on the car completed with the VAZ-21074 transmission it is necessary to establish a new epiploon of a main shaft of the transmission (see. "Replacement of an epiploon of a main shaft of the transmission").

We establish details in the return sequence, having greased the surfaces of friction of a fork and the SHRUS-4 lubricant directing plugs of the bearing of switching off of coupling.

At installation of a fork of switching off of coupling...

... its ends have to come under bearing holder spring short moustaches. Along with it the spherical support (is for descriptive reasons removed) has to enter a fork spring cut.
