Description of a design
Zadny Bridge — the leader. It contains not cutting beam consisting of a case of the main transfer in which two tubular casings of half shafts are pressed and in addition fixed by welding. Arms of fastening of bars and shock-absorbers and basic cups of springs of a back suspension bracket are welded on casings. Flanges for fastening of brake boards and plates of half shafts are welded on end faces of casings.
The main transfer — gipoidny, its gear wheels are in a special way picked up therefore it is possible to replace them only with couple.
At installation of new gear wheels of the main transfer or replacement of bearings of the leading gear wheel it is necessary to pick up correctly thickness of a package of the adjusting laying established in a mouth of a case of the main transfer under an external ring of the back bearing of the leading gear wheel. Thickness of this package is defined as follows. From the size of the measured assembly size (see. "Dismantling and assembly of a reducer of the back bridge") nominal is deductible. The nominal assembly size pays off so: from the theoretical assembly size equal to 53,4 mm, we subtract (taking into account a sign) the deviation (amendment) applied with the electrocount on end faces of the conducted and conducting gear wheels.

At an inhaling of a nut of a flange of the leading gear wheel and deformation of the expansion plug in bearings of the leading gear wheel there is a preliminary tightness which is controlled a dynamometer key, measuring the moment of resistance to a provorachivaniye of the leading gear wheel (the friction moment in bearings). The size of the moment of a provorachivaniye has to be in limits of 0,15-0,25 kgfs · see.
The side gap in gearing of gear wheels of the main transfer measured on a normal to a profile of tooth of the conducted gear wheel (see. "Dismantling and assembly of a reducer of the back bridge"), has to be in limits of 0,15 — 0,17 mm.
In a mouth of a reducer the epiploon working on a flange surface is established. Between the bearing and a flange the maslootrazhatel is established. Dribble of oil from under a nut of fastening of a flange indicates weakening of its inhaling. Operation of the car with not tightened nut of a flange of the leading gear wheel can lead to breakage of the main transfer.
The conducted gear wheel of the main transfer fastens to a differential box flange special bolts with spring washers. The box of differential rotates in two conic bearings. Their preliminary tightness, and also a side gap between teeths of gear wheels of the main transfer are regulated by the nuts wrapped in demountable beds of bearings. Semi-axial gear wheels are established in cylindrical nests of a box of differential and lean on it through basic washers. These washers are selected on thickness so that the gap between teeths of satellites and semi-axial gear wheels was within 0 — 0,3 mm. Satellites are installed on an axis and are in continuous gearing with semi-axial gear wheels.
Half shafts — different length (left — longer). Each half shaft one (shlitsevy) end enters a semi-axial gear wheel in a differential box, and other end leans on the single-row ball bearing installed in a casing flange. The internal ring of the bearing is recorded on a half shaft by the locking ring established with a tightness (hot landing). The external ring of the bearing is recorded by a plate which together with a brake board of a brake fastens four bolts to a flange of a casing of a beam of the back bridge. Exits of half shafts from flanges are condensed with epiploons.
In a case of the back bridge fill in 1,3 l of gearbox oil of a class of quality of GL-5 (practically — to the lower edge of a jellied opening). For alignment of pressure outside of and in a case of the back bridge serves сапун, located on the left casing of a beam of the back bridge. At everyone check THAT whether the cap of a sapun is jammed.
