Description of a design
System of ventilation — forced-air and exhaust. At the movement of the car air is forced in salon by a natural pressure through a crack between a cowl and a windshield. For increase in air supply it is possible to lower glasses of doors, and at a low speed — to turn on the electric fan air of the supercharger located in a motor compartment.
The fan electric motor — collector, a direct current, with excitement from permanent magnets. Frequency of rotation of the fan is regulated by the four-position switch on the dashboard. Depending on the chosen speed the electric motor is connected to onboard network of the car directly or via the additional resistor. The last has two spirals with a resistance of 0,23 Ohms and 0,82 Ohms. If in èåïü both spirals are included, the fan rotates at a small speed if only one (0,23 Ohms) — on average. The fan connected directly rotates with the maximum speed. Frequency of rotation of a shaft of the electric motor with a krylchatka at a voltage of 12 V and the air temperature of (25+10) °C — 4100±200 min.-1. The consumed current with the maximum frequency of rotation — no more than 14 And.
The electric motor is not subject to repair (behind an exception çà÷èñòêë a collector), at failure it should be replaced assembled with a fan wheel. It is not recommended to press a fan wheel from an electric motor shaft — it is possible to break its balancing.
Air streams in salon are distributed by the air ducts located in the dashboard and in a floor casing. On a windshield air arrives through the top slit-like nozzles on the dashboard, on side glasses — via the left and right deflectors.
To legs of the driver and forward passenger air arrives through openings in the lower part of the case of a heater, and to legs of back passengers — through an air duct in a floor casing.
For management of distribution of air streams the top lever of the control unit located on the dashboard consoles and also directing the central and side deflectors and their regulators serves. The top lever on the central console operates position of the lower gate of a heater, regulating air supply to legs.
System of heating — liquid, integrated with the engine cooling system. The radiator of a heater is installed in the case located in interior of the car under the dashboard. Supply of liquid to a radiator is regulated the heater crane located in a motor compartment on the taking-away heater hose. Control of the crane — manual of a motor compartment.
The air arriving from the airsupercharger can pass through a radiator of a heater or passing it, depending on position of the top gate of a heater operated by the lower lever on the dashboard console.
