10.2. Adjustment of the drive of switching off of coupling

On the car with the engine UEPA-331 and the corresponding case of coupling the working cylinder of coupling of model 2126 is installed. On the car with the VAZ-2106 engine the working cylinder of coupling of a zadnepra of water cars VAZ is installed. Adjusting parameters of a hydraulic actuator of coupling in both cases are identical. The gap between a pusher and the piston of the main cylinder, necessary for full switching off of coupling, has to be 0,1-0,2 mm, and a free wheeling of a topkatel of the working cylinder - 4,5-5,5 mm (that corresponds to a gap between the bearing of switching off of coupling and a basic fifth press spring of 2,5 mm). We apply a simple template to check of a free wheeling of a topkatel, for example, a pencil

On the car with the engine UEPA-331:

Having hooked the screw-driver...

... we remove an ottyazhny spring.

We rest a pencil end face against a lug of the lower fastening of the working cylinder of coupling and we put two tags on a pencil: one opposite to the end of the fork pressed to an adjusting nut, and the second — more to the right, at distance of 5 mm from the first. We take away a coupling switching off fork back against the stop. At a normal free wheeling of a pusher the fork will rise opposite to the second tag. Otherwise adjustment is necessary.

Key "on 13" we turn off a lock-nut, holding an adjusting nut a key "on 17".

Holding passatizham a fork pusher, we rotate an adjusting nut, trying to obtain a necessary free wheeling of a pusher, and zakontrivay connection.

On the car with the VAZ-2106 engine:

We remove an ottyazhny spring of a fork.

We rest a pencil with the put tags against the lower lug of fastening of the working cylinder and, shifting the end of a fork on a pusher, we check a free wheeling of a fork.

Raskontrivayem of a pusher nut, holding adjusting a key "on 17", and kontrovochny - a key "on 13".

Holding a passatizhama pusher from a provorachivaniye, we rotate an adjusting nut, trying to obtain the necessary course of a fork.
