10.8. Replacement of a casing and the conducted clutch plate on the car with the engine UEPA-331

We perform work on a viewing ditch or the elevator.

We disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery.

Key "on 17" we turn off two nuts of fastening of a starter to coupling case hairpins...

... also we take away a starter forward (the wire can be not disconnected).

We carry out all operations necessary for removal of the transmission, without disconnecting it from a coupling case (see. "Removal and installation of the transmission on the car with the engine UEPA-331").

We disconnect the working cylinder of a hydraulic actuator from a coupling case (see. "Removal of the working cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling on the car with the engine UEPA-331"), without breaking tightness of a hydraulic actuator.

We turn off a bolt of a collar of fastening of a reception pipe to a resonator pipe (see. "Removal of the resonator")...

... also we remove a collar and a sealing ring.

Key "on 10" we turn off three bolts of fastening of an antisplash guard to a coupling case...

... also we remove a guard.

We establish an adjustable emphasis under a transmission case.

Head "on 17" we turn off four nuts of fastening of a case of coupling to the block of cylinders of the engine (two more nuts were turned off at a starter detachment).

We shift the transmission back, bringing a main shaft out of a nave of the conducted clutch plate.

We remove the transmission assembled with a coupling case.

That bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling to a flywheel turned away easier, their heads can be tapped the hammer through a mandrel from soft metal.

Cap key "on 12" we turn off six bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling, holding a flywheel from a provorachivaniye the assembly shovel implanted between teeths of a wreath and leaning on a hairpin of the block of cylinders.

We turn off bolts evenly, no more than on one turn for pass not to deform a flange of a press clutch plate.

We remove a casing and the conducted clutch plate.

Establishing coupling, we focus the conducted disk the acting part of a nave towards a casing and we insert the aligning mandrel into a shlitsevy opening of a nave...

... which has to enter an opening of the bearing located in a flange of a bent shaft.

It is possible to apply to centering of a disk also a piece of an unnecessary main shaft of the transmission of the Muscovite and IZh rear wheel drive cars.

We enshrine a coupling casing in this provision. We tighten bolts evenly (on one turn for pass) the required moment (see. "Appendix").

We take out the aligning mandrel from an opening.

We grease shlitsevy the end of a main shaft of the transmission and an external surface with the SHRUS-4 lubricant directing plugs of the bearing of switching off of coupling and we install the transmission on the car in the return sequence.

At removal and installation of the transmission it is impossible to opirat a main shaft on petals of a press spring of coupling - they can be damaged.

After installation of the transmission we adjust the coupling drive (see. "Adjustment of the drive of switching off of coupling").
