15.3. Removal of a spherical support

We carry out operation when replacing a spherical support or its boot.

We install the car on the elevator or a viewing ditch, we hang out a forward part of the car and we remove a wheel.

Cap key "on 19" we turn off a nut of fastening of a spherical support to the lever.

Stripper we press off a finger of a spherical support from the lever.

In the absence of a stripper we turn off a nut of a finger not completely.

We implant an assembly shovel between the lever and a clamping plate of a boot of a spherical support. Wringing out the lever, we strike with the hammer blows to an eye of the lever and we press off a finger.

Head "on 14" we turn off two bolts of fastening of a spherical support to a rotary fist.

Delaying the lever for a stabilizer bar down, we remove a spherical support.

If necessary we remove a clamping plate and we change a boot of a spherical support.

Before installation of a new boot we put in it ShRB-4 lubricant. We collect and establish a spherical support in the return sequence.
