15.5. Removal of the stabilizer of cross stability
We perform work on a viewing ditch or the elevator.
For replacement of rubber plugs of fastening of a bar to a stretcher we remove an engine mudguard (see. "Removal of a mudguard of the engine").
Cap key "on 17" we turn off two bolts of fastening of the right arm of a bar of the stabilizer to a stretcher...
... we remove an arm...
... and the rubber plug (it has a section).
Similarly we disconnect fastening of the left arm of a bar of the stabilizer.
For replacement of plugs of fastening of a bar to levers of a suspension bracket we disconnect fastening of the lever to a stretcher and a bar (see. "Removal of the lever"). We do not disconnect a spherical support from the lever incidentally not to damage a boot. Having removed a back washer and the rubber plug, we take away the lever together with a rotary fist back, having shifted it since the end of a bar.
We remove lobbies the rubber plug and a washer.
We hook the screw-driver the plastic plug in a lever opening...
... also we take it (on a photo 5-6 lever are removed from the car for descriptive reasons).
We remove a bar of the stabilizer for replacement in case of breakage or at suspicion on deformation.
We turn off nuts of fastening of a bar to both levers and we remove back washers and rubber plugs. We disconnect arms of fastening of plugs of a bar of the stabilizer from a stretcher, as shown in a photo 1-3. We disconnect one of levers (the second does not need to disconnect) from a stretcher arm (see. "Removal of the lever")...
... also we bring the lever (to a photo - right) from an arm eye.
We remove a stabilizer bar together with forward washers and rubber plugs.
We remove forward rubber plugs and washers and we check a bar for deformation, having put it on a plain surface. Neprilegany one of the parties - a reason for replacement of a bar.
We establish the removed details in the return sequence. Finally we tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer and the lever in situation "the car on wheels".
