19.10.1. Removal and dismantling of a block headlight, replacement of lamps

We turn a block headlight cover counterclockwise and we remove it.

We disconnect a block of wires from lamp plugs.

Having squeezed two short moustaches of a wire clamp...

... we take out a lamp.

The lamp, new or suitable for further use, should be taken hands only for a socle, but not for a flask.

We take out a cartridge of a lamp of dimensional light.

Having pressed a lamp and having turned it counterclockwise...

... we take out a lamp from the boss.

Through a window in a mudguard of a body we take out a cartridge of a lamp of the index of turns, having turned it counterclockwise.

We take out a lamp, having pressed it and having turned counterclockwise.

For removal of a block headlight...

... we disconnect blocks of plaits of wires from the executive mechanism of the electroproofreader...

... and also from the headlight case. We take out a cartridge of a lamp of the index of turns, as shown in a photo 5.

Head "on 10" we turn off four nuts of fastening of a block headlight.

We take out a block headlight.

By the Shlitsevy screw-driver it is turned off two screws of fastening of the case of the index of turns to the headlight case.

We bring pads of the case of the index of turns out of headlight case grooves...

... also we remove the case of the index of turns.
