4.16. Removal of the pump of cooling liquid on the car with the engine UEPA-331

We perform work on the cold engine.

We merge cooling liquid (see. "Replacement of cooling liquid on the car with the engine UEPA-331").

So far the belt of the drive of the pump of cooling liquid is tense...

... a cap key "on 10" we weaken four bolts of fastening of a pulley of the drive to a flange of a shaft of the pump of cooling liquid.

We take off a belt (see. "Adjustment of a tension and replacement of a belt of the drive of the pump of cooling liquid on the car with the engine UEPA-331") and finally we turn off bolts of fastening of a pulley.

We remove a pulley.

We weaken a collar of fastening of the hose connecting a branch pipe of a back cover of the pump of cooling liquid to a broad tank...

... also we disconnect a hose from a branch pipe.

We weaken the collar screw...

... also we disconnect a thermostat hose from a branch pipe of a back cover of the pump of cooling liquid.

We weaken a collar.

... also we disconnect a hose of heating of an inlet collector of the engine from a branch pipe of a back cover of the pump of cooling liquid.

We weaken a collar of fastening of the taking-away heater hose to a branch pipe of a back cover of the pump of cooling liquid...

... also we disconnect the taking-away heater hose.

Head "on 13" we turn off a nut of a bolt of fastening of an adjusting level of the generator to a pump housing of cooling liquid, holding a bolt from a provorachivaniye a key "on 12".

This bolt serves also as fastening of the case and a back cover of the pump of cooling liquid to inflow on the block of cylinders of the engine.

We take out a bolt and we take away an adjusting level.

Similarly we turn off three more nuts of bolts of fastening of the case and a back cover of the pump of cooling liquid to inflow of the block of cylinders of the engine...

... also we remove the pump.

Connection is condensed with laying.

We take out bolts...

... we remove a back cover of the pump of cooling liquid...

... and its laying.

We establish knots and details in the return sequence. We replace laying new, having applied on everyone a thin film of sealant.
