3.8. Removal of the camshaft and levers of the drive of valves
We uncover heads of the block of cylinders, (see. "Replacement of laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders").
We install the camshaft in the situation corresponding to the end of a step of compression of the 4th cylinder (cm, "Check and adjustment of thermal gaps in the drive of valves").
We weaken an inhaling of the cap-type nut of a natyazhitel of a chain (see. "Adjustment of a tension of a chain of the drive of the camshaft").
For weakening of a tension of a chain...
... resting an assembly shovel against a boot of a natyazhitel, we take away a rod of a natyazhitel and we fix it, having tightened the cap-type nut (for descriptive reasons the hose of a radiator is removed).
To small beards we unbend edge of a lock washer of a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the camshaft.
Cap key "on 17" we turn off a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the camshaft.
We remove a bolt together with washers.
We remove an asterisk together with a chain from a camshaft sock. That the chain did not jump through teeths, we tie it to an asterisk.
Head "on 13" we turn off nine nuts of fastening of the case of bearings of the camshaft to a head of the block of cylinders.
We remove the case of bearings assembled with the camshaft from fastening hairpins.
Cap key "on 10" we turn off two nuts of fastening of a persistent flange of the camshaft to the case of bearings...
... also we remove a flange.
We take the camshaft from the case of bearings.
For removal of the lever of the drive of the valve...
... raising, we exempt the lever from a spring and we remove it.
We remove a lever spring.
Similarly we remove levers of the drive of other valves. We oil engine camshaft beds in the case of bearings and the working surfaces of levers of the drive of valves and we establish details in the return sequence. At installation of the case of bearings we are convinced that adjusting plugs (on extreme fixing hairpins on the left side) entered nests of the case of bearings without distortion. We tighten nuts of fastening of the case of bearings the ordered moment (see. "Appendix") in the sequence shown in fig. 2.
We establish an asterisk of its drive on a camshaft flange. At the same time the pin on a flange of the camshaft has to enter the corresponding opening in an asterisk. We check coincidence of adjusting tags of cranked and distributive shaft (see. "Check and adjustment of thermal gaps in the drive of valves").
We check and if necessary we regulate a chain tension (cm, "Adjustment of a tension of a chain of the drive of the camshaft") and thermal gaps in the valvate mechanism (see. "Check and adjustment of thermal gaps in the drive of valves").
