2.14. Removal of an inlet pipe
We merge cooling liquid (see. "Replacement of cooling liquid on the car with the engine UEPA-331"). We remove the carburetor (see. "Removal of the carburetor").
We remove two aligning carburetor plugs installed on diagonalno the located hairpins of fastening of the carburetor.
We remove from the union screwed in a branch pipe of the fourth cylinder of an inlet pipe, a tube of the electropneumatic valve of the EPHH system and, having weakened a collar, we remove a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
Having weakened a collar, we disconnect a hose of removal of cooling liquid from the union screwed in inflow of an inlet pipe under the carburetor.
Head "on 13" we turn off the nut of fastening of an inlet pipe to a head of the block of cylinders fixing at the same time an arm of a returnable spring of butterfly valves of the carburetor.
We remove an arm.
By the same tool it is turned off other seven nuts of fastening of an inlet pipe to a head of cylinders of the engine.
We remove an inlet pipe.
We remove three sealing laying of joints of branch pipes of an inlet pipe with inlet channels of a head of the block of cylinders.
We clear the privalochny planes of joints of an inlet pipe and a head of the block of cylinders of the remains of old laying and sealant. We establish new laying. At the same time we grease average of three laying condensing joints of branch pipes of the second and third cylinders, and also the channel of a supply of cooling liquid to an inlet pipe with a thin layer of sealant. We establish an inlet pipe in the return sequence.
