2.18. Replacement of laying of the pallet of a case on the car
We perform work on a viewing ditch or the elevator.
We merge oil from the engine (see. "Oil replacement").
We remove an engine mudguard (see. "Removal of a mudguard of the engine").
We remove a forward cross-piece of a stretcher (see. "Removal of a stretcher").
We remove an antisplash guard of a case of coupling (see. "Replacement of a casing and the conducted clutch plate on the car with the engine UEPA-331").
By the Shlitsevy screw-driver it is turned off 18 screws...
... and a cap key - three nuts of hairpins of fastening of the pallet of a case to the block of cylinders of the engine (nuts are located on the right).
We turn off nuts of bolts of fastening of pillows of forward support of the power unit to arms of the block of cylinders of the engine (see. "Removal of support of the power unit on the car with the engine UEPA-331").
We substitute an adjustable emphasis under a case of coupling and we raise the power unit a little.
We separate the pallet of a case and the block of cylinders (sometimes the considerable effort for this purpose is required) and, having lowered a forward part of the pallet, we bring its back part out of space between the block of cylinders and a back cross-piece of a stretcher.
We remove the case pallet together with its sealing laying.
We clear the privalochny planes of the pallet and block of cylinders of the engine of oil and the remains of old laying. Previously we apply sealant from two parties on new laying and we install the case pallet in the return sequence. The sequence of an inhaling of screws and nuts of fastening of the pallet of a case is shown in fig. 3.
