2.21. Removal of the engineWe perform work on a viewing ditch or the elevator.
We remove a cowl (see. "Removal of a cowl"). We disconnect from an adjusting level of the generator a wire of "mass" of the rechargeable battery, and from the generator - all wires (see. "Removal and dismantling of the generator 58.3701"). We disconnect a weight wire from the engine to a body (see. "Removal and dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders"). We merge cooling liquid from the engine (see. "Replacement of cooling liquid on the car with the engine UEPA-331") and oil (see. "Oil replacement"). We remove a cooling system radiator (see. "Removal of a radiator on the car with the engine UEPA-331"). We remove a starter (see. "Removal and dismantling of a starter 421.3708"). We remove a casing and the conducted clutch plate (see. "Replacement of a casing and the conducted clutch plate on the car with the engine UEPA-331").
We disconnect a flange of a reception pipe from a flange of a final collector (see. "Removal of a reception pipe on the car with the engine UEPA-331") also we remove a reception pipe.
We disconnect low - and high-voltage the wires connecting the ignition distributor to the coil (see. "Removal of the distributor of ignition"), and also wires from oil pressure sensors (see. "Replacement of the sensor of pressure of oil") and temperatures of cooling liquid (see. "Replacement of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid for a combination of devices on the car with the engine UEPA-331").
We remove the case of the air filter (see. "Removal of the case of the air filter") we also disconnect from the carburetor cables of the drive air and butterfly valves (see. "Removal of a cable of the drive of the air gate of the carburetor", and "Removal of a cable of the drive of butterfly valves of the carburetor"), and also a wire from the EPHH system microswitch (see. "Removal of the microswitch"). We disconnect depression supply tubes from the EPHH system electropneumatic valve (see. "Removal of the electropneumatic valve"). We disconnect a flexible hose of the fuel pump from the bringing fuel tube (see. "Removal and dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders"). We disconnect a depression supply hose to the vacuum amplifier of brakes from the union of an inlet pipe (see. "Removal of an inlet pipe").
We disconnect the top (bringing) radiator hose from a branch pipe of a head of the block of cylinders (see. "Removal and dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders"), and the lower (taking-away) radiator hose - from a thermostat branch pipe (see. "Removal and check of the thermostat on the car with the engine UEPA-331"). We disconnect a hose of a broad tank and the taking-away heater radiator hose from branch pipes of a back cover of a pump housing of cooling liquid (see. "Removal of the pump of cooling liquid on the car with the engine UEPA-331"). We disconnect the bringing heater radiator hose from a branch pipe of the block of cylinders located on the right side the engine under a final collector. We remove the airsupercharger (see. "Removal of the airsupercharger and fan of a heater"). We fix a cable of the lifting device for an inlet pipe and a final collector and we pull a cable.
We turn off nuts of bolts of fastening of pillows of forward support of the power unit to arms of the block of cylinders see. "Removal of support of the power unit on the car with the engine UEPA-331").
Holding the engine from turning and rocking, carefully we take it from a motor compartment.
We install the engine on the car in the return sequence.
