2.5. Adjustment of a tension of a chain of the drive of the camshaft

Cap key "on 12" we weaken a lock bolt of the natya-inhabitant, having turned off it on 1/2-3/4 turns.

The lock bolt of a natyazhitel should not be turned off completely, otherwise his shaft will leave an opening in a clamping plate and the plunger of a natyazhitel will not be fixed. The weakened chain at the same time can jump through teeths of asterisks that will lead to serious damage of the engine.

We turn a bent shaft in the direction of its rotation on 2-3 turns. At the released bolt the plunger of a natyazhitel is released and under pressure of a spring influences the lever of the tension device, moving its asterisk and increasing a chain tension. We wrap a lock bolt of a natyazhitel of a chain against the stop.
